As our Infrastructure & Systems Manager, you will oversee the backbone of our technology stack — ensuring our internal systems, integrations, and security protocols run smoothly across the organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage Haply’s tech infrastructure, integrations, and compliance requirements. This role will require a balance of hands-on technical execution and cross-team collaboration to ensure our systems are secure, optimized, and aligned with company goals.

• This position will be scheduled for 40 working hours, Monday to Friday, between the operating hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

• This position is based in Montreal, Canada. Please note that travel may be required within Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure & System Monitoring
Manage and monitor Haply’s tech infrastructure dashboard to ensure system performance and availability.
Oversee software licensing, usage tracking, and renewal planning across the company.
Maintain visibility and structure for Bitwarden, JumpCloud, and other key system controllers.
Deploy and maintain computer hardware and software setups for new and existing employees.
Software Integration & Deployment
Continue integration and rollout of Odoo-based internal tools and third-party modules.
Support and maintain integrations for UPS, GitLab, QuickBooks, and internal testing software.
Implement Odoo dashboards for manufacturing, finance (AR/AP forecasts), and planning.
Build software-based dashboards to support Manufacturing KPIs and live tracking.
Database & DevOps Management
Manage internal databases linked to websites, Google Drive, repositories, Odoo, and other platforms.
Support backend infrastructure deployment and optimization.
Contribute to data governance, access control, and database security across platforms.
Team Collaboration & Compliance
Lead AI team reviews to ensure best practices, data hygiene, and system consistency.
Act as the point person for software permission approvals and controller access.
Support SRM and Axiom contractors with onboarding and system access.
Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR standards.
Immediate Priorities
QuickBooks deployment and integration.
Axiom contractor setup and oversight.
UPS module and internal software integration in Odoo.
GitLab integration and monitoring.
Warranty tracking functionality in Odoo.
Manufacturing and finance dashboard development.
SRM contractor management.

Must Have

Proficiency in Python; familiarity with Git-based workflows
Understanding of structured and unstructured databases.
Knowledge of access controls, systems compliance (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR), and encryption protocols.
Hardware/software deployment experience; JumpCloud familiarity is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage APIs, module integrations, and SaaS dashboards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Odoo module development and customization.
Familiarity with manufacturing or robotics environments.
Experience working in a compliance-driven or ISO-certified organization.
