The Applications Support Engineer acts as a bridge between Haply’s customers, engineering, and sales teams ensuring clients successfully adopt and integrate Haply’s haptic and robotic technologies. This role combines technical problem-solving, applications engineering, and customer engagement to provide first-line support, guide implementations, and ensure smooth operation of Haply products.
The engineer will troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, and software systems, replicate and test customer use cases, and deliver hands-on demonstrations. They play a key role in translating customer feedback into actionable improvements, ensuring every client achieves exceptional technical and operational outcomes.
