The Applications Support Engineer acts as a bridge between Haply’s customers, engineering, and sales teams ensuring clients successfully adopt and integrate Haply’s haptic and robotic technologies. This role combines technical problem-solving, applications engineering, and customer engagement to provide first-line support, guide implementations, and ensure smooth operation of Haply products.

The engineer will troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, and software systems, replicate and test customer use cases, and deliver hands-on demonstrations. The Hardware Technician at Haply Robotics plays a key role in the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of the company’s innovative haptic and robotic products. This position involves hands-on work with mechanical and electronic components, ensuring precision, quality, and reliability in every build.

Working closely with the engineering and R&D teams, the Hardware Technician fabricates prototypes, assembles production units, maintains shop equipment, and manages inventory through Haply’s Odoo ERP system. The role also contributes to workshop organization, production tracking, and process improvements, helping the team meet tight deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

Working with technologies such as Rust, C++, Tauri, and Three.js, the developer will create modern dashboards, visualization tools, and developer-facing web applications that connect directly with Haply’s robotic devices.
