The Coordinator oversees infrastructure performance, database management, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR) while supporting continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and finance functions. Acting as a central point of contact for technical onboarding, software access, and system monitoring, this position is key to keeping Haply’s digital backbone organized, secure, and scalable as the company grows. 

The Applications Support Engineer acts as a bridge between Haply’s customers, engineering, and sales teams ensuring clients successfully adopt and integrate Haply’s haptic and robotic technologies. This role combines technical problem-solving, applications engineering, and customer engagement to provide first-line support, guide implementations, and ensure smooth operation of Haply products.
